We are excited to share that starting Saturday, May 16th, we will begin transitioning to our new salon software system, which will officially go live on Monday, May 18th.
This new technology will allow us to continue providing you with the best possible service, improved convenience, and an even better overall salon experience. We are thrilled to be able to offer our guests the latest tools and technology to better serve you both in the salon and online.
As with any major transition, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding while our team adjusts to the new system over the next few weeks. We are committed to making this process as smooth as possible and truly appreciate your support during this exciting change.
Next week, you will receive another email with instructions for our new online booking platform, along with information about other exciting updates and features. Please make sure we have your current email address and phone number on file so you can continue to receive important updates and communications from us.
Please also note the following payment updates with our new system:
- Guests can still save 3% when paying with cash or check.
- A 3% convenience fee will apply to all credit card transactions
- There is no longer a debit card option on our payment machine. All debit cards will process as credit cards.
- Tips will continue to be accepted via cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
